HOW TO BACKUP YOUR FILE AND FOLDER

A lot of computer user never find system backup very useful because they have not try it . Backup is simply another way of keeping your document or folder save.
These are the steps.

1. go to your desktop click on start button, click all program
2   locate accessory on accessory locate system tools and click on backup
 example



3. Backup or Restore Wizard will appear
a. Click Next and shoos backup files and setting. The same with Restore and click next
    you will see 4 options, if you are backing up a particular file or folder you choose the last option and click  next .
4. Click on brows to choose the fold or file you want to backup. Then type the name your backup it can   
    any any name click next finally you click finish
     the backup folder will look like this...
  
    Is vary good and simple try it you will enjoy using it
